The consumption of organic vegetables should be encouraged. A dietitian should be consulted to have a balanced intake of proteins and vitamins in the diet. The effect will be seen after 2 to 3 months of regular follow of the diet plan.

Recently some papers stated that it is still in the research stage whether it increases the egg quality or helps in improving egg quality in some subset of patients. It has its side effects like acne, ovarian cyst formation. It should always be taken after consulting a doctor and should not be taken as an over the counter medicine.
b) Coenzyme Q-
There is lot of research coming up about the use of Coenzyme Q. It is a mitochondrial energiser. The mitochondria are the powerhouse of the cell and are found in abundance in the oocyte. Mitochondria is responsible for the initial stages of pregnancy from fertilisation to implantation. There are very promising results from studies conducted on the use of Coenzyme Q for improving the egg quality. It should always be used after a doctors prescription only.
